music for the succulents [ep] out on 23 December 2011

new ep "music for the succulents" was released today by Rural Colours.

ep consists of 3 tracks [weather underground / rising clouds / desert in bloom] created mainly using loop pedals and acoustic guitars, although the last track “desert in bloom” brings some gently distorted tunes made by its electric sister.
as the title prescribes, each track is somehow connected & dedicated to the one of the most beautiful plants of the world – the succulents.

ep comes in two format:
a numbered edition of 75, 3" cdr and photo in a hand sewn fabric sleeve [available through hibernate webstore]

Festive Greetings from Hibernate & Home Normal

i am more than happy that i could contribute to this beautiful hibernate & home normal Christmas compilation. [my track "icon" is based on the very famous Czech Christmas carol].
originally released as a CD edition of 100 and given away for free at the Hibernate/Home Normal Christmas show 18/12/11. proceeds from the digital sales will go to the Archway Foundation to help serve those hurt by loneliness.

october reversed [ep] out on 1 October 2011

new ep entitled "october reversed" is going to be released on 1st of October on Slovak label Ambsine.

it consists of 3 tracks [ october / burning out / reversedday ] recorded in summer of 2010.

ep is available in a limited, hand-numbered edition of aprox. 86 copies and comes packaged in v-cardboard sleeve & foil envelope. fullcolor printed cdr & cover.

ep will be available directly through me (strom_noir[at]hotmail.com or through bandcamp. 

digital edition is available through bandcamp.

price: 4.50 euros + postage (when ordering through bandcamp / discogs price is 5.00 euros). digital edition is for 3,- euros.
